ISIMSAN was first established in 1982 as a machine shop. From the beginning the efforts of the company have been dedicated to provide quality equipment and service to Turkish industry. Its staff includes professional engineers who are competent in providing turn-key plant and facilities in the chemical and food processing industries.
ISIMSAN is specialized in establishing chemical, food processing lines and alkyd plants. The dedication of its personnel to new technology and their continuing commitment to quality in serving its clients, have enabled the company to grow into a major supplier of reactors, crushers, pneumatic valves, mechanical seals, drum pelletizers, tubular air heaters, filters, varnish preparation tanks, heat exchangers and other various turn-key plants.
Located in Kemalpasa, Izmir / TURKEY, ISIMSAN’ s current facilities comprise of over 9.000 m² area with a 1.000 m² production hall and a 450 m² project and administrative building.
In 1998, ISIMSAN moved to its own place situated in Kemalpaşa Industrial Zone. Beside technological background and continuous development, our experienced personnel are the foundation of our self confidence. ISIMSAN is proud of converting the self confidence to customer satisfaction.
In our facility the most advanced equipments are used during the production processes. We have submerged arc welding, MIG, MAG, TIG welding machinery for best applications in our productions. All of our productions are weld by certified welders. Our machinery park consists of 3000x30mm abkant press, 10mm guillotine cutter, 3000x30mm 4 cylinder, cylindrical roller, plasma cutter, sandblasting facility, lathe and routher, vertical drill and 10 tones capacity two cranes in our production hall.
ISIMSAN is a growing family consisting of 4 engineers, 3 technicians, 5 formen in production and 42 workers.
We also provide engineering service to our customers nearby manufacturing. All projects are designed with AutoCAD.
